The information on PFAM and PROSITE protein domain overlaps as well as the fraction of disordered residues in alternative splicing events have been updated. In particular, two changed have been implemented:

1) New mappings are provided for INT, ALTA and ALTD events. For these events, only mappings for the flanking exonic regions are provided.

2) C1 and C2 exon mappings were incorrect for some alternative exons. This has been corrected.

Mappings are estimated based on annotated protein isoforms, and thus may be only an approximation of the overlap of the actual alternative regions.

New files with this information are also available for download in the Downloads section.
